Cineplex is proud to announce that for the third time it has
been named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital.
Announced annually, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures program celebrates organizations
across four categories that have cultures that drive performance and contribute to the bottom line.
“Corporate cultures are always evolving and ours is no different. I have always believed that culture
drives our success and makes us who we are as an organization,” said Ellis Jacob, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Cineplex. “Being honoured with this award three times truly is a testament to our
core values and the teamwork, excellence and innovation of our over 13,000 employees across North
America. Three cheers to the Cineplex team – you have made me immensely proud.”
Now in its 15th year, the Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures program recognizes best-in-class
Canadian organizations and CEOs for embracing cultures that enhance performance and sustain a
competitive advantage. Cineplex is being recognized for its dedication to employee engagement
initiatives, passion for the community and strong leadership.
Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures winning organizations were selected based on detailed
