In this role, Bacon will manage the global human resources function for the company’s nearly 400 employees across its 10 offices in the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the General Counsel and EVP of Human Resources and Compliance, Bacon will oversee HR processes, talent management and development, employee relations, organizational design and integration activities given the company’s explosive growth plans.
A highly skilled HR professional with proven track record in employee retention, engagement and satisfaction, Bacon has worked for the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce as well as global brands including Maersk Sealand and Royal Caribbean International. Bacon received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and earned a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
